Practical Conservation Volunteer (Moor Piece Nature Reserve, north of Bashall Eaves)

We're looking for volunteers to join our conservation work parties at Moor Piece Nature Reserve near Bashall Eaves. They take place on the second Monday of the month from 10am until 3.00pm and volunteers help us carry out hands-on habitat management tasks in this unique woodland.

No previous experience is needed just a reasonable level of physical fitness and an eagerness to get stuck in whatever the weather!

We provide the tools, training and personal protective equipment for the tasks and just ask that you wear sturdy footwear and dress appropriately for the weather.
