Join Us and Make a Difference for Wet Willow Wildlife in Bolton!

Are you passionate about nature and eager to make a hands-on impact? Our Wet Willow Wildlife Project is on a mission to restore and enhance wet willow habitats across Bolton, Salford, Wigan, Trafford, and the Mersey Gateway. By strategically improving and connecting habitat pockets, we’re creating vital corridors for wet woodland species to thrive across the region.

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with practical habitat management and support this important work. No prior experience is needed - just a reasonable level of fitness, a willingness to get stuck in, no matter the weather!

What We Provide:

  • Full training, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • A chance to gain hands-on conservation experience while contributing to a meaningful cause.

What You’ll Need:

  • Sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing.
  • A packed lunch to keep you fuelled for the day.
